I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any commission without explanation.

Commissions shall be completed after payment is received.

When uploading my art anywhere, you must give proper credit.*

For almost all commissions, unless stated otherwise, I will provide you with work-in-progress pictures, during which you may ask for small alterations or changes.

Major changes that are not the fault of my own (such as my misunderstanding a reference pr forgetting a detail you included in your description) or complete redraws will cost extra.

Do not use my work commercially. Any commission I do is for personal, non-commercial use only. Do not make merch, stickers, etc. of my commission. Commercial work would be charged differently.

I retain the copyright to the work I produce.

You may make certain small edits to the artwork (such as cropping into an icon). When in doubt, please ask me if an edit you're thinking of doing is allowed.

Do not trace or copy the artwork.

Refunds will be given if I cancel the commission before starting work on it.

If the client cancels the commission, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and will account for the amount of work already completed.

When purchasing a character design from me (custom or pre-made adoptable), it's free to use however you'd like in any personal and non-commercial context. You may draw them, roleplay with them, get commissions of them, make a costume of them. Commercial use projects would be charged differently.

Do not claim to be creator of the design.

Credit me as the designer of the character in the important places, like in their reference sheet, on Toyhouse or Refsheet character page, etc. You don't need to credit me for every single instance of the character's existence online, but please credit me where it is appropriate.

You are allowed to repost the art I made of the character with proper credit. (See "proper credit" in my general ToS page by clicking here.)

You may make changes to the design. In some cases, you may ask for me to make small changes on the original reference. I may require payment, depending on the extent of the edits being requested.

Do NOT, however, make a few changes and sell a slightly altered "copy" of the character design to someone else, while also still using or selling the first version of it. Do not trace it and make a base for making your own adoptables from it. Do not make a new closed species out of it.

You may resell, trade, or gift the character, but do not sell it for more than you paid for it originally. You may not profit off of this transaction.

So. In summary, be chill, don't use my design for profit, credit me where it is required, and don't resell or copy my design or artwork.
